Injection moulding, toolmaking and mould making
In our smallest plant, we manufacture wheels and castors with a diameter of 10–300 mm using injection moulding on an area of 600 square metres. Depending on the area of application and requirement, we use various materials such as unreinforced and fibre-glass-reinforced polyamide, polyamide for the food industry and a wide range of thermoplastic polyurethanes of various degrees of hardness, which are mostly used as tread materials and tyre materials. We also produce electrically conductive wheels and castors here based on various plastics and degrees of hardness. All of our injection moulded items can generally be produced in special colours.
In addition to injection moulding, there is also the toolmaking and mould making here for resources and moulds for injection moulding production, assembly and VULKOLLAN® and polyurethane processing.
