VULKOLLAN^® load and guiding wheels for the laying of a natural gas pipeline

 

We provided VULKOLLAN^® load wheels and guiding wheels for the laying of steel tubes for a natural gas pipeline (diameter 500 mm, wheel width 300 mm). These wheels were exposed to very high ultimate loads (↓ 12 t/→ 9 t). Since the tube was abrasion coated, excellent wear resistance was also necessary.
