High-quality wheel materials for your applications
The areas of application of our wheels and castors are diverse and challenging, and our range of wheel tread materials is accordingly broad. One area of focus is our polyurethane elastomers which are all processed in a hot casting process. In contrast to cold-cast systems, these are of a higher quality and must undergo subsequent warm treatment, known as tempering. They are non-marking, have low starting and rolling resistances, good chemical resistance to mineral oils and greases as well as various solvents. Standard materials are generally produced by machine casting; we produce special materials and special designs by hand casting.
We also offer you a wide range of wheel treads made of thermoplastic polyurethane, polyamide and rubber. These are particularly suited for industrial castors which are used in the industry for in-plant transportation in interior and exterior areas. Our industrial castors are specially designed for transportation speeds of up to 4 km/h and have a load capacity of up to 1,100 kg. Thanks to their resistance to various environmental effects, they are used for machines and devices of all kinds, as well as for work platforms, transport trolleys, assembly trolleys, storage trolleys and container wagons.
