Our new trainees
On 01 September this year, 11 motivated young people started their working life with us.
This year we welcomed:
- 2 industrial business management assistants
- 2 warehouse specialists
- 2 cutting machine operators
- 1 chemical production specialist
- 4 machine and plant operators
Not only did the new trainees get to know us better on this day, but their parents were also right there as their protégés took the first step into an independent future.
Our previous trainees showed the "newcomers" and their parents our Plant 1 and were able to answer all their questions from their own experience.
On 3 September 2021, a dragon boat trip took place on the Alster with all trainees. At the subsequent get-together including a hearty meal, all trainees were able to get to know each other better, so that our new trainees are able to integrate quickly into our RAEDER-VOGEL trainee team.
