RAEDER-VOGEL presents itself to potential trainees at the ROGA
Due to the great success and popularity of last year, the in-house training fair was held for the second time on 28 January in the sports hall of the "Schulverein der Oberschule Rosengarten mit gymnasialem Angebot" (ROGA). Together with many other well-known Hamburg companies and companies from the neighbouring federal states, RAEDER-VOGEL presented itself as an attractive, modern employer and training company in Rosengarten near Hamburg.
It has become a tradition for us that our trainees from all apprenticeship years are happy to answer questions from interested pupils at training fairs about everyday training and working life at RAEDER-VOGEL from their perspective. The exchange ‘at eye level’ provides a deeper and more practical insight and is always an exciting opportunity for our trainees, who are also present, to provide information and communicate from their own perspective.
The Match 4 game created by our trainees was literally entertaining and playful. It not only attracted many curious and interested people to the stand, but also provided the desired relaxed atmosphere for the challenging topic of future planning.
