Getting in contact made easy
As a long-standing provider of apprenticeships, we take our responsibility very seriously and are always pleased to have the opportunity to present our apprenticeships - and possible internships - to young people.

On Friday, 7 March, we visited two school and training fairs and were able to make contact with the many interested, curious and potential trainees in a particularly playful way this time.
We (two trainees from the first and second year of their apprenticeship and one trainer) managed to do this at the career’s information day at the Suederelbe district school, particularly with a match-4 game that was created by our trainees. Thanks to the informal dialogue with our trainees, young people dared to ‘come forward’ at such important events to engage in conversation.
The Career Kick organised by Azubiyo was a particularly interesting format for drawing attention to us and our range of training opportunities. This was a fun, uncomplicated way for vocational training companies to get in touch with potential trainees - at the foosball table! The ‘pairs’ were drawn by lot, and everyone was on a first-name basis, according to the organiser. Here too, one of our trainers was accompanied by a 2nd year apprentice.
